We are happy to report that we are now open again for all services, including chiropractic, massage and stretch therapy! Availability is limited, as we work with the State guidelines on safety measures.


Please see the updates below on our current service offerings and the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe.


Social Distancing


The State of Texas has declared it safe to provide all massage and personal care services, while implementing strict health and safety precautions. We will have a limited number of service providers available for each day and each shift, in order to maximize social distancing. 


All services will be by appointment only, no walk-ins allowed. Additionally we ask that only customers receiving services come into the center, no companions/visitors allowed (unless parent of a minor patient).

In order to minimize the number of customers in the waiting area, please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.


General Precautions

Guests who visit will likely be coming into direct contact with only one person (your service provider), and will likely otherwise only interact with one front desk associate. This is not a high-risk environment with large crowds of unknown individuals. We believe that the center is a relatively safe place to be, as we are dramatically limiting any risk of wide community spread. 

We have hand sanitizers available in the lobby, hallway and waiting areas. Please sanitize your hands upon arrival, and again upon departure.


Masks are required by all staff members, and highly recommended for all.


Cleaning and Sanitation

Revyve always strives to keep a clean, sterile and sanitary environment for our guests and team members. We always follow and exceed all strict sanitation policies and procedures as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for massage therapy and esthetic services. 


All tools, utensils, magnifying lamps, and other such supplies are all sterilized prior to each use. All linens are washed with soap, bleach, and agitation, and dried completely and thoroughly on high heat, which acts to sterilize the linens prior to each use. 


Additionally, we are taking extra special care to disinfect iPads, door handles, pens, restrooms, fixtures, massage tables, headrests, and all other touch points consistently throughout the day. And of course, employee hands are washed and sterilized consistently and thoroughly before every touch or interaction.


Other Precautions

As an extra precaution, we will not be offering our community items (water, tea, mints, etc) at this time. 


Waiting rooms will be available for guests only if 6 feet of separation is possible. Otherwise, guests may be asked to wait outside or in their cars until their appointment time is ready. 


Comfort menus will not be offered on our iPads, but you are welcome to verbally communicate your preferences with the provider directly during your consultation.  


Touchless payments will be utilized whenever possible. All appointments must have a card on file to be processed at check out.


We apologize for any inconvenience from these changes to your typical experience, but are looking forward to a safe and healthy re-opening.


Employee Health


All employees who develop symptoms of coronavirus or other colds or flus, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, sinus issues or other related symptoms, or who have come into contact with anyone showing these symptoms, will be required to stay at home until healthy or cleared by a doctor. We will be taking the temperature of all center employees, and anyone with a fever of over 99.6 will not be allowed to enter the facility.


Customer Health


For the safety of our teams and our other guests, any guests who have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sinus issues or other related symptoms, or who have come into contact with anyone showing these symptoms, will not be permitted inside until symptoms are completely gone. We may also request to take guest’s temperatures for the safety of our team, and we reserve the right to refuse appointments to any guests with a fever, cough, or other symptoms. 


Cancellation Policy


During this time, Revyve is allowing cancellations of any appointments without any penalty, due to illness or concern about illness. Please contact us directly by phone if you have any questions or concerns.
